VietSing Communications
VietSing Communications (VSComms) was founded in 2008 to serve the growing interaction between Singapore and Vietnam communities. With a dedicated and experienced team of Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and Vietnamese running the organisation, you can count on us to effectively assist you bridge the connect, be it entry into the Singapore markets or Vietnam markets.
Our focus is in the areas of healthcare services, education services and general consultancy. With an increasing network base, let us help you attain your objectives in Singapore and Vietnam.
We are located both in Singapore and Vietnam. In Vietnam, we are supported by our partner, VietSing International Cooperation (VietSingCorp).
History of VietSingCorp, Partner of VietSing Communications
VietSingCorp (VSC) started with a vision to provide a plethora of services to ensure that Vietnamese pursuing their respective endeavours in Singapore will not be impeded by the two countries’ cultural and linguistic differences.
We are a team of dedicated individuals who, in 1997, recognised the need to provide support services for Vietnamese patients and students in Singapore. Indeed our ability and willingness to listen to the needs of the Vietnamese patients and students have eased the transition period for many and ensured that their stay in Singapore has been a pleasant total experience.
Healthcare Over the years, the modus operandi of VSC has evolved and in our attempt to reach out to more Vietnamese, VSC set up office in Hanoi in 2006. The office afforded a viable platform for us to provide would-be patients with pre-departure consultation, counselling, appointment making as well as subsequent follow-up counselling in Vietnam. To complete the service-chain, we explored international collaboration and worked with Raffles Hospital (Singapore) in the year 2007. This collaboration facilitated the referral of patients and ensured that the patients’ interests were best served.
The success of the initial venture with Raffles Hospital paved the way for collaboration with the other hospitals in Singapore. Indeed our cordial relationship with both the public and private hospitals in Singapore serves to provide our patients with a comprehensive range of healthcare facilities in Singapore.
In 2008, VSC expanded our scope and worked very closely with Singaporean stakeholders to set up VSComms. VSComms will focus on designing packages for translation services for patients as well as event organisation for Singaporean healthcare providers seeking to penetrate the Vietnamese market.
In 2009, VSC partnered FBM to distribute Stem Cell Skin Care products throughout Vietnam. Our joint-venture has brought about two additional branch offices in Nam Dinh City and Ho Chi Minh City.
Education In tandem with the development in our healthcare services, we have also actively engaged Singaporean partners to provide our Vietnamese students with a range of options to suit their specific requirements. The establishment of VSComms served to ensure that would-be students seeking to further their studies in Singapore go through a hassle-free process from registration to graduation.
Additionally VSComms provides Vietnamese language instruction to corporations and individuals. This is an effort to cement the existing relationship between the two countries so that Vietnam and Singapore can look forward to a more meaningful phase in their cooperation.
